Are you using the mobile interface at capitolcityonline?  I  
think the SBBSecho system offers an adapative interface that is  
supposed to work well on a smartphone screen.

Personally, I could not get used to it.  I might have to  
revisit the interface and see what the issues were.

Meanwhile.. I hear ya.  Multimail would facilitate offline  
reading and writing.  I like an offline way too - I'm not  
always ready to finish an entire reply in one sitting - I might  
like to review it or add something later before actually  
"sending" it.  None of the online mobile ways offer storing a  
message in Draft and coming back to it later.

I use OpenXP. It's a quite a fine performer.
