Like those offers that talk about, "Up to $500 and more.."

Or worse, like they say, "Up to $100,000 insurance coverage starting
as low as $20 a month.."  And later you find out that the $20 plan
only gives you $10,000 coverage..

A friend of mine signed up for one of those over the phone expecting
that $20 cost, but when the actual policy came it was almost $400 /mo.

No doubt she missed something in the sales pitch but I'd wager the
sellers are trained to fool people into doing that..
