      Define toxic.  If it includes the somewhat less than optimal results   
      of having your bone marrow bombarded by alpha particles, I would guess   
      that plutonium could fit the definition of being toxic if ingested in   
      any form.

       The answer depends on how many kilograms you attempt to touch all
