Windows can use FAT32 partitions larger than 32 GB just fine. However, you
can't use the Windows 2000 or XP fdisk to format create one. fdisk has been
deliberately limited to 32 GB max, because larger partitions than that will
be very inefficient as FAT32 (lots of space wasted due to the larger cluster
size). However, you can use PartitionMagic or other 3rd party programs to
create 32-127 MB FAT32 partitions (or format the drive under Win98/Me).
