   only an amateur would order a 'white' Zinfadel. (really it is a Zinfadel   
   with white wine of any variety added- producing a very light rose.....accent   
   on the e)   
      
   My understanding is that human flesh tastes rather like pork.... a   
   light-medium red would do well.   
   If you want a little darker, the wine-lover's 'quick fix': a Jackson-Triggs   
   merlot (Hannibal knew nothing about wines) is a worthy substitute- mainly   
   due to its smoothness and no overly dominant flavours.
