   If you're really dedicated to farting publically, tell your surgeon you want a   
   gastric bypass, with the bypass as low as possible.  The resulting farts will   
   peel the paint off a battleship, knock birds off trees, and cause the EPA to   
   condemn your surroundings as a Federal Disaster Area.   
      
   In the meanwhile, a diet heavy in califlower and brocoli ought to get you
