   Pregnancy, in the usual meaning of the word, is inconceivable.  Men don't   
   get pregnant when buttfucked by men, so why would it happen with an alien   
   whose DNA (if the alien _has_ DNA, and not some logical equivalent)   
   wouldn't be even close to human?   
      
   I can imagine an alien whose life cycle was like those of certain   
   predatory wasps that lay eggs in paralyzed caterpillars.  The egg hatches   
   into a grub that then eats its host.  There are plenty of variations on   
   that, both in fiction and in nature.  The extraterrestrial case is still   
   unlikely, because chances are that some human protein or other biochemical   
   would prove toxic to the alien.  Of course, you could always posit some   
   super-omnivore that could digest anything organic.
