   very old CL issue dating back to the 1600's. It was changed in the   
   early 1900's in Doodeward where 'work' on a body makes it property.   
      
   Technically cooking the body would constitute such a change (a recent   
   Victoria case showed changing a body to ashes constitutes such a   
   change).   
      
   But that being said, I still doubt the criminal law would allow it, but   
   I'm too lazy to look up the wording.
