   Someone have to seriously address this problem (of prison   
   rapists), and should start cutting COck-suckers' dicks off   
   indiscriminately and everywhere, domestically and abroad...   
   Because they can to do whatever they are hire to do without   
   peckers, regardless of whether they suck dicks while in army   
   or in civilian jails, and do males or the defenseless women...
