   There is one in RuneQuest - "Second Mouth", available to worshippers of   
   the dark earth goddess Gorgorma. It's a divine spell costing 1 or 2   
   Power, I think.

   PS. It doesn't go into any game mechanics as to the consequences - I   
   guess the designers didn't expect anyone to actually use it!
