   A memory of it being talked about on TV a couple of years ago (or   
   more, time is starting to dilate as I get older) I seem to remember it   
   was part of a large papal bull that was the first for years. The   
   program I remember was talking about plastic surgery ect and mentioned   
   that bodybuilding would fall into the category
