I'm hoping to become a welder and specialize in welding aluminum tubes,
I wish to build ultralight flatbed and ultralight house trailers, and
ultralight planes and perhaps even ultralight hovercrafts for a living,
maybe even small submarines. I'd have auctions where I'd auction off a
fancy aluminum $2,000 skidoo trailer and rake in $10,000 for the tickets.
I might make small aluminum submarines and auction them off and rake in
even higher profits than that. I'd have organizations that would run the
auctions and obtain the profits, to further my goals. I have an
immediate goal of acquiring inner city land in Saskatchewan's major
cities and provide facilities here for inner city kinds to build their
   own ultralight cars and planes.

People can fly ultralight airplanes without a pilot's license, I wish
to mass produce perhaps 5 different ultralight planes and form Co-ops
where people wanting their own plane would spend supervised time
producing the parts required for one or more of these planes. There
should be inner city airplane factories producing these ultralight
planes, and hoovercraft and boats and canoes, and trailers. For
example, the Gathercole Building in downtown Saskatoon is facing
demolition but it and the surrounding property are all idea for an
inner city factory. People would be allowed to design and build their
own bicycles and ultralight vehicles, and trailers.

Presently laws prevent ultralight cars. Most of the reparations
I receive will be used for producing ultralight cars and ultralight
planes. I think Saskatchewan should declare itself an "Experimental
Vehicle Zone" and allow homebuilt airplanes to be flown without a
pilot's license if the plane weighs up to 350 pounds, for the 350
pound planes are safer than the 250 pound planes, and by
encouraging new designs, the people of Saskatchewan could become
   leaders in aviation.

People wanting to build planes in my facilities would be allowed to
build their choice of one of the following:

   1) 350 pound Triplane
   2) 350 pound Biplane
   3) 350 pound powered Glider
   4) 350 pound single engine Monoplane designed for speed and agility
   5) 350 pound single engine Monoplane designed for high altitude and distance
   6) 350 pound twin engine Monoplane designed for high altitude and distance
   7) 350 pound Amphibious plane
   8) 1,000 pound Amphibious plane
   9) 2,000 pound Amphibious plane
   10) 4,000 pound Amphibious plane

By the time the planes are built, the laws will be changed in Saskatchewan
to allow the builders to fly their 350 pound planes without a pilot's
license in Saskatchewan while over rural areas. I wish to make facilities
available to inner city kids so they can build themselves 350 pound planes
or cars that weigh up to 350 pounds.

I want land and buildings in inner city areas for reparations for
torture, and will use the facilities to encourage and assist people
to build their own vehicles or planes. Pay me reparations for torture
and make Saskatchewan an experimental zone where hobbyists can fly
planes that weigh up to 350 pounds, and without a pilot's license.
People can use my facilities to build windmills, but only if they
also make the propellers for the planes and for the hovercraft.
People can use the facilities to build a trailer for themselves,
but only if they assist in manufacturing components for the planes.
People can use my facilities to build boats, but only if they
they assist in manufacturing components for the planes. People would
be allowed to use my facilities to design and build their own
bicycles but only if they assist in producing other components
required for the planes. And people could use my facilities to
build ultralight weight cars, but only if they assist in producing
other components required for the planes. People can use my facilities
to rebuild motorcycle and snowmobile engines, but only if they
assist in building engines for the planes. And people could use
my facilities to build hovercrafts, but only if they assist in
producing other components required for the planes. And people
who want to use my facilities to build a plane will be encouraged
by a flow of parts for their chosen design (which will come from
the list of the 10 models shown above). All 10 plane designs should
evolve over time to become safer and more efficient, we will
end up with a very marketable product and would export the planes
around the world. Turn Saskatchewan into an Experimental Zone for
lightweight cars and planes... allow the builders to fly their 350
pound planes without a pilot's license in Saskatchewan while over
rural areas. And pay me reparations for the mistreatment so I
may start airplane manufacturing in Saskatchewan while providing
space and skills for the inner city youth.
