   I see on this morning's news that the Canadian Military are going   
   to study the Russia/Afghanistan war to see what they can learn with   
   respect to how the Afghan rebels operate.   
      
   How come they waited so long?  You'd think that that would have   
   been one of the first things they studied when they went into   
   Afghanistan. One of the first principles is to 'know your enemy'!   
   Did someone forget?????   
      
   They make a big deal of it in the news -- as if to say that the   
   Canadian Military have just had a great idea.   
      
   I'd be ashamed to say that   
   our Canadian Military have waited till now!
