   Likely the story is the same here for Canada- money is borrowed by   
   leveraging the Nation's Equity in terms of "futures" (yours and mine   
   estimated net worth over our life spans).   
   i wish taxes did indeed pay for the services we need to maximise our   
   Nations' economies, and thereby produce wealth- but such is not the case.
