   Lemon curd is very tasty on scones.   
      
   Although when I have some around (I have a lemon supply so it is   
   usually home-made) it is, to my mind, better on toast or American-style   
   biscuits (scone-like but plainer) so you can get the lemony goodness   
   without competition from other stuff. This is, however, a counsel of   
   perfection. ;)
