   Actually, I was looking at a map of the British Mandate that showed   
   Palestine and Tansjordan. That Transjordan was larger does not mean that   
   Palesitne did not exist. There have been variations of the name   
   Palestine for a long time.  To suggest that it was not "Palestine" using   
   an English translation is ridiculous.
