   Everything is one. The only difference between *this* and *that* is   
   perception. At a low level everything is just form and balance. As you move   
   up the levels things begin to acquire detail and differences but they're   
   still, essentially, the same universal goo.   
      
   Mussolini was an over-promoted dumbass. The quote has enough of a hook and   
   smarm to sound plausible and quotable but by being so specific and unusual   
   in reality is just so much sloganising which misrepresents and demeans both   
   good governance and good business. To wit, it's unethical bullshit.   
      
   Focus, coherency, and *intent* matter.
