   "Military Industrial Complex" came from President Eisenhower in his 1961   
   farewell   
   goodbye speech.   He said beware of it (and he was one of the great Generals).   
      
   Ike (a high taxation, fiscally responsible Conservative like Diefenbaker)    
   could   
   have easily been re elected too.    He was immensely popular.   Over 65% of   
   Americans would have voted for him again.   
      
   He would have been left of Obama these days.
