Wondering how I can reach out to someone who was in basic training the end of   
   1975?   
   Name of the person is Edward Ramsey / Ramsay. Not 100% on the spelling but am   
   sure of the time.   
      
   I tried reaching out to the veterans administration but haven't had much luck.
