   1987 Bryan Robley "Goalie" Self-Portrait Print w/Matte & Frame   
      
      
   I have for sale the 1987 print of The 'Goalie' Self-Portrait Print (Matted   
   and Framed) by one of Americas most successful, recognizable, and imitated   
   artists, Bryan Robley. The print with matte and frame measures 18" x 44   
   1/2" and is in the landscape format. The print depicts a Goalie (Bryan   
   Robley) wearing a white, with blue and red trim, 'Team USA' goalie uniform.   
   The goalie is wearing #1 in his jersey and is holding a CCM GCPX 1010   
   goalie stick with Bryan Robley's name printed on the shaft of the stick and   
   is bent over deflecting a puck with his goalie blocker.   
      
      
   with Letter of Authenticity (see blow).   
      
      
   "The painting was originally done in 1987. The corporate sponsor was 3M, and   
   it was part of a 2 painting series to commemorate their worldwide   
   sponsorship of the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. The goalie was patterned   
   after the artist himself, who dressed up in the equipment and had me take   
   Polaroid's of him. The print run has long since sold out.
