1990 "The Toronto Blue Jays" 1st Edition Hardcover Book

I have for sale the out-of-print, 1st edition hardcover book "The Toronto
Blue Jays" by Peter C. Jarkman (1990). The edition contains 80 pages
including full-color game-action photographs profiling the Toronto Blue
   Jays, American League baseball club.
   Front Jacket Excerpt:
"Loaded with talent and colorful young players, and blessed with baseball's
most lavish pleasure-dome stadium, the toronto Blue Jays are one of the
premier drawing cards of North America's favorite pastime. In 1989 over 3.3
million fans crammed into Toronto's Exhibition Stadium and passed through
portals of the remarkable Skydome, establishing the largest home attendance
total in the long history of American League baseball. The Blue Jay story
that unfolds in these chapters is the exciting saga of a youthful baseball
franchise with an already rich and storied history-one stretching back
across the past decade and a half, and encompassing some of contemporary
baseball's most distintive heroes and most cherished moments." Front cover
action photo features: "Blue Jay catcher Ernie Whitt hugs pitcher Tom Henke
as Dave Stieb (L) and Kelly Gruber (R) join the celebration after the Jays
won the A.L. East title in Toronto, September 30, 1989."
