   I have for sale the 1st edition hardcover book (Toronto Maple Leaf)   
   "Captains" by Michael Ulmer (1995). The edition contains 225 pages of text   
   including vintage black and white photographs profiling Toronto Maple Leaf   
   Captains, including: Doug Gilmour, Hap Day, Syl Apps, Ted Kennedy, George   
   Armstrong, Dave Keon, Darryl Sittler, Rick Vaive, Wendel Clark, as well as   
   a chapter on: "Where Are They Now".   
   Front Jacket Excerpt:

   beyond their status as Maple leaf team captains to become heroes of Toronto
