   I have for sale the out-of-print, 1st edition Book "Forever Rivals"   
   Montreal Canadiens-Toronto Maple Leafs (Canadian Publication) by James   
   Duplacey and Charles Wilkins (1996). The book contains 186 pages of text,   
   full-color and vintage black and white photographs profiling the rivalry   
   between the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs hockey clubs.
