   1878-1978 UWO "Commemorative" Limited Edition Collector Plate   
      
      
   I have for sale the 1878-1978 UWO "Commemorative" Limited Edition Collector   
   Plate. The plate measures 11" in diameter, is made of Ironstone and was   
   produced by MASON'S, London, England. The plate front features a front view   
   of Western's University College with the University Of Western Ontario   
   coat-of-arms at the plate's top and leaf trim around the plate's outer   
   edge. The plate states in script: "UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN ONTARIO CENTENNIAL   
   1878-1978".   
   The plate back stamp includes Mason's logo and states: "This plate is from   
   an   
   edition of 2,000 issued to commemorate the centennial of the University of   
   Western Ontario. It is a reproduction of an earlier design previously   
   issued in 1939."   
   The 1878-1978 UWO "Commemorative" Limited Edition Collector Plate is in   
   MINT condition.
