   I have for sale the 1990 D.H. Usher Ltd. 1990 Kurt Browning "Tribute to a   
   World Champion" Collector Plate. The plate (Produced by Official Licensee)   
   measures 4" in diameter, is in full color and is plate number 724. The   
   plate front features three photos of World Champion figure skater, Kurt   
   Browning.   
   The 1990 D.H. Usher Ltd. 1990 Kurt Browning "Tribute to a World Champion"   
   Collector Plate is in MINT condition.
