   I have for sale the 1996 Planet Care "Shawn Green" and "Carlos Delgado"   
   (2-sided) Pop-Up, Stand-Up Card. One side of the card features Blue Jays'   
   Shawn Green with Dr. Jay, the other side features Bue Jays' Carlos Delgado   
   with Dr. Jay, both Shawn Green and Carlos Delgado are wearing their Toronto   
   Blue Jays blue, with white, and red trim home-uniforms. The Stand-Up   
   measures 5"x5" and is in full-color.   
   The Shawn Green - Carlos Delgado 2-sided Pop-Up Stand-Up is in MINT   
   condition.
