   I have for sale "Caesar and Cleopatra A History by Bernard Shaw" 1st   
   Canadian edition hardcover book (1967). The edition contains 195 pages   
   including chapters as follows: George Bernard Shaw-A Biography, Historical   
   Background, Dramatic Background, Notes on the Main Characters, Shaw and   
   History, Critic's Comments, Preface: Better than Shakespear, Caesar and   
   Cleopatra, Shaw's Notes to Caesar and Cleopatra, Notes on the Play,   
   Dramatic Importance of and Questions on the Play, General Questions on the   
   Play, and Multiple Choice Quiz. The front endpapers features black and   
   white photographs of Shaw, as well as a black and white photograph of   
   Vivien Leigh and Claude Rains (in costume). The back endpapers feature   
   black and white photographs of The Banquet scene from the 1951 stage   
   production of Caesar and Cleopatra, as well as a black and white photograph   
   of Vivien Leigh and Lawrence Oliier in the 1951 stage production of Caesar   
   and Cleopatra (in costume).
