1989 Ernie Whitt "Catch: A Major League Life" 1st Edition Hardcover Book

I have for sale the out-of-print, 1st edition hardcover book "Catch: A
Major League Life" by Ernie Whitt (1989). The edition contains 271 pages
with photographs profiling the life and Major League baseball career of
Toronto Blue Jays' catcher, Ernie Whitt.
   Front Jacket Excerpt:
"Ernie Whitt first put on catcher's gear as a seven-year-old in a suburb of
Detroit. Before long, he'd decided that he wanted to be a big league
player. There was nothing unusual about that. Millions of kids have that
dream. But few set about with such perseverance to make their dream come
true. CATCH A Major League Life tells how Ernie made his dream reality-how
he believed in himself, developed his talents, found his rhythm and
balance, and carved out a place at the top of his profession. It's his
record of a path to major league life that wound through the Red Sox
organization all the way to a new baseball team in Toronto."
The 1989 Ernie Whitt "Catch: A Major League Life" 1st edition hardcover
   book is in MINT condition.
