   I have for sale the 1st edition, hardcover book "Offside: The Battle For   
   Control Of Maple Leaf Gardens" by Terresa Edesco (1996). The edition   
   contains 289 pages as well as black and white photographs profiling the men   
   who fought for control of the legendary Maple Leaf Gardens.
