   I have for sale the out-of-print, 1st edition hardcover book "The Rivalry:   
   Canadiens vs Leafs" by Stan Fischler (1991). The edition contains 196 pages   
   including vintage black and white, glossy photographs profiling the hockey   
   rivalry through the years between the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple   
   Leafs.   
   Front Jacket Excerpt:   
   "It was if their destinies are intertwined. For most of this century each
