   They're a Monarchy.  The only way Monarchs survive is as Constitutional   
   ones.  So long as the US is threatening them they have about two   
   generations forward to tread water on.  Drop the external interference   
   (US, China, Russia... all with peckerwood in the fire) and let the   
   Koreans sort it out.
