   What I believe the owner who was robbed is trying to say is that he will be   
   out of business. Cameras and alarm systems can only do so much to catch the   
   perpetrators. We are allowing people with all kinds of back grounds to move to   
   Canada.  Their past,    
   may make them think, they are above the law.
