   How do you do?   
      
   I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with your service.  Two   
   days ago I purchased a battery for my Honda Motorcycle from Canadian   
   Tire's Capilano(Edmonton) store.  Despite providing the correct model   
   number I was sold THE WRONG BATTERY which WILL NOT FIT in my motorcycle.   
   Today, I attempted to exchange this battery for the correct one, and was   
   informed, by Rudar and Travis, that I would have to purchase the correct   
   battery IN ADDITION to the fraudulently supplied battery and that no   
   refund would be provided.   
      
   That's only about the fourth battery I have purchased from you for this   
   vehicle from CT.  I have left both the new and example batteries (of a   
   correct size from CT) at your store, as I will not be patronizing your   
   business again.  Moreover I am inquiring about legal remedies as this   
   behaviour likely constitutes CRIMINAL FRAUD on the part of Canadian Tire   
   Corporation.
