   Actually, I haven't.  The difference is the Harper considered it but   
   wisely never followed through.  Had he done so, we would have been   
   having this conversation 4 years earlier.   
      
   Dion and Layton were wrong for engaging in this little stunt that   
   disregarded the election outcome.  They will both pay a price for their
