   First, he would be nuts to not explore all his options.  Plus, like a game   
   of chess you sometimes put a piece out to test the waters.   
      
   I could rob a bank, even go into one occasionally, does not mean I will do   
   it.  And Harper didn't either.   
      
   Plus there is the little mater of BRIBE money here.  I could offer each and   
   every MP that joins my party $1 billion of tax payers cash for 18 months   
   vote support.  And Bloc will rush to my side and vote for whatever I say.   
      
   Would that be right?   
      
   No, of course it isn't.  But it just shows who the morally corrupt people   
   are in this country when they think this is OK.  If I was a Liberal or NDP I   
   would want to find a rock or hole and crawl underneath to hide my face.
