   I agree completely.  In fact the US has some laws in this regard.  If I am   
   not mistaken the US preseident an congress must be considered US citizens at   
   birth or something like that.   
      
   That was one of the biggest reasons I couldn't stnad the idea of Dion.  Dion   
   was unfit as an MP let alone as PM in many ways including this.
