|    Router seeing incoming packets from 10.x    |
|    21 Apr 12 12:20:08    |
From: Some@Guy.com              I don't know if this is an issue with my router (Linksys BEFSR81), or my       modem (DIAMOND SupraMax DSL602EU) or my service (Sympatico HSE 7mbps).              When I view the router's incoming log table, I'm seeing lots of entries       for IP addresses 10.4.93.x and 10.6.213.x, where x seems to be most any       number from 50 to 180 (I see at least 20 different values for x and I       don't know if they repeat or not).              The ports that these packets are coming in on range from abou 9500 to       59000.              Neither the router or modem have wifi, and I only have 1 device (a       netbook) that is wifi-capable (but the wifi is disabled when ever it's       turned on).              How on earth can my router be seeing *incoming* traffic from the       10.x.x.x IP range ??!?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
