   CNOC made its final reply yesterday on its review and vary of the   
   2011-703 tariffs.  You need to click on "replies" to see the April 23rd   
   reply from CNOC.   
      
   With DSLR basically down indefinitly, I guess can.internet.highspeed ins   
   the only place to keep people abreast of things. (unfortunatly we can't   
   post binaries to this newsgroup, so we have to wait until they get   
   posted on the CRTC web site).
