   I just looked up the number of sales for single family homes in Toronto.   
     For the last three years, the number was around 90,000.  I'm not sure   
   how many homes there are in Toronto but 90,000 sales a year is a lot of   
   cable conversions.  There will always be hold outs but at that rate a   
   significant chunk will be converted in about 10 years or so.
