   Bell Canada just announced new speed profiles for FTTN/VDSL2 links:   
      
   15mbps/1mbps   
   15mbps/10mbps   
   25mbps/10mbps   
      
   Québec and Ontario are now the same.   
      
   They still want the $3.95 fee to get 10mbps upload for 15mbps, even   
   though the 25mbps tier is only 0.16 more expensive.   
      
      
   In the past, 7mbps was the upload speed.
