   Anything above 7mbps will give you an ADSL2+ profile. Remember that when   
   the modem negotiates with DSLAM, the DSLAM basically dictates what is   
   being negotiated.   
      
   If Bell doesn't gicve you an ADSL2+ profile, then no matter how much   
   your modem begs for it, it won't get it.   
      
   So if you call and subscribe to the 10mbps service, then Bell will give   
   you a 10mbps ADSL2+ profile and your modem will negotiate that.
