   I only see (hear?) that nowadays on the crap-ass Canukistani cable   
   channels, during the bad Canukistani movies they always show (you know,   
   where the male actors all have Harper-helmet haircuts, looking like   
   models in an Eaton's catalogue).   
      
   I've always thought it was just technical incompetence rather than an   
   attempt to screw the customer over.
