   Bell changed their own retail packages on May 6th.   
      
   They now offer   
      
   5mbps, 1mbps upload   
   15mbps/10mbps upload   
   25mbps/10mbps upload   
      
   (they advertise higher speeds, but that is just for the lucky few who   
   have real fibre to the home).   
      
   So, if you are a Bell Customer on 6 or 7mbps, you can't make any changes   
   to your subscription because if you do, they will lowewr you to 5mbps   
      
      
   What is interesting is the 1mbps upload.
