   It shows that network neutrality issues are not over and large companies   
   will keep trying to screw us and provide preferential treatment for   
   their own services.   
      
   And in canada, while there is some ITMP framework in place it is   
   incomplete and does not even touch mobile phones where Bell wants its   
   exclusive TV content etc etc.
