   Yes, that would be nice and neat for regulation purposes, but Rogers'   
   business is retail, whether it's internet, cable TV, home phone, wireless,   
   magazines, even TV and radio stations.  Being able to communicate directly   
   with the customer, cross-promote, and bundle makes Rogers a very powerful   
   entity indeed.  They won't dismantle that empire in hopes of removing a   
   virtual "kick me" note from their back.
