   It might be legit.  (He may make you a lowball offer, but that's still   
   "legit.")  Just be careful about making sure that the _payment_ is legit*   
   before you hand over control of anything.  Run, don't walk, away if he sends   
   you a cheque - certified or not - for an amount higher than the agreed price   
   and asks you to send the overpayment anywhere.   
      
   * Please note that certified cheques, especially from foreign countries, can   
   be found to be forged long after the bank has released the funds to you and   
   the bank will claw the money back from you.
