   Rogers 3G/4G .... er service .... for iPad starts at 10 MB/month for $5   
   with automatic charging of the next tier ($17 for 250MB) if usage is   
   greater.   
      
   I have trouble judging limits like this. Is 10 MB actually useful for   
   anything? With the continuing trend to excessively bloated website's, it   
   seems to me it could be used in one visit to the wrong site.   
      
   It might perhaps be useful for checking email but even then, a few   
   "round robins" with over-large picture attachments from well-meaning   
   friends might consume it pretty quickly.
