   Well, you don't lose much if you don't use it in a particular month,   
   it's true, but that still leaves you a bit exposed during months when   
   you do. Of course then they just bump you up to the next higher level -   
   it's not totally clear to me whether that's just for that month or   
   permanently (I suspect the latter).   
      
   Also, if you don't use it one month I wonder if the 10 MB is carried   
   over .... probably not.
