   Hello all;   
      
   Has anyone else noticed a significant increase in their connection   
   speed over the weekend?   
      
   My service has been up and down fairly significantly over the last few   
   weeks, down to about 1.5 Meg bit at one point, then by Thur of last   
   week it had (sort of) stabilised at 5 Meg bit per second download and   
   0.8 Meg bit upload.   
      
   Then over the weekend each day it increased until this (Mon) morning   
   it was sitting at about 7 Meg bit download and (still) 0.8 Meg bit   
   upload.   
      
   Where I live we have a fairly old infrastructure and I have had a lot   
   of connection issues since I first signed up in Sept 2000.  They even   
   ran new lines into my neighbourhood at one point due to the situation.   
      
   I sure hope this is a positive trend.  Just looking to see if there   
   are any indications of how wide-spread this is.
