   SNR of 11/12 is OK but not "great".  6 seems to be the limit above which   
   you are OK. 15 and above start to be "very good".   
      
   Attenuation of 38 is not too good. This is indication of loop length.   
   Means the DSLAM is not close.   
      
   You have a 7mbps download and 800kbps upload profile. You should be able   
   to get close to 6mbps on speedtests and about 600kbps for upload   
      
      
   (ADSL1 and ADSL2 have a lot of ATM overhead so the IP throughput is   
   lower than what the carrier speed is at)
